I am a graduate of the Centre for Commercial Law Studies in the University of London and have been involved in commercial and private client litigation and ADR for over 25 years, the last 12 of which have included transnational litigation. I am experienced in English law and civil law jurisdictions, including Russian, Georgian, German and French.

As a mediator, I have helped numerous organizations, businesses and individuals avoid disputes, preserve value and maintain relationships.

My experience as an arbitrator covers a number of arbitral institutions, and differing procedural rules, with regard to English law arbitrations and those involving the laws of other jurisdictions, whether as the law governing the substance of the dispute, the arbitration agreement or the procedural rules to be applied.

I have extensive experience of working alongside other professionals, such as engineers, accountants, valuers and expert witnesses, and with foreign lawyers from the US, European and FSR jurisdictions.
